Day Spa: what you should know

Arrival for your Spa Treatment
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment so that we may make you familiar with our surroundings. For first time clients, there is a small form for you to fill out as well, so arriving early is preferable. If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be modified or shortened, so as not to delay our next client.

Cancellations
All bookings must be guaranteed with a credit card number and expiry date, gift certificate or a prepayment. A 24 hour notice is required for any cancellations or a 50% fee of the service(s) booked will be charged or a gift certificate will be considered null and void. In the case of a “no show”, we will have no alternative but to charge 100% of the service, as the time was booked specifically and only for you, the client.

Spa Etiquette - Cell Phones/Beepers
We recognize that we all have busy lives that never end. However, when you enter the spa you are in a relaxation zone. As a courtesy to others,we ask that you please turn off your cell phones/beepers or if you must have them on, please turn them to vibrate mode. This allows others to
relax and enjoy themselves without a constant ring breaking into their
thoughts and time.

Spa Etiquette - Spa Talk...SHHHH....
When you enter into the spa, so as not to disrupt quiet time for others and yourself, please adjust your voice, as it can disrupt others from total relaxation. We appreciate your cooperation.

Spa Etiquette - What do I wear for my spa treatment?
If you are having any type of body treatment, it is your choice whether you would like to disrobe entirely, leave your undergarments on or to wear a bathing suit. Keep in mind, our professional practitioners provide draping to ensure your privacy.

Spa Etiquette - Should I wear jewelry to my spa?
For your comfort, you will be asked to remove all jewelry for your treatment. To avoid forgetting your valuables in the spa, we ask that you either leave your jewelry in your guest room or at home. The spa is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.

For body treatments, please refrain from shaving 24 - 48 hours ahead of time as it may cause a burning, itchy feeling.

Product Returns
We will issue and in-store credit on returns, provided that you have your receipt
and the product is returned within 14 days of purchase. We do not give cash back on any product and there are no returns or exchanges on any makeup or fragrance products.

Gratuties
Gratuities are not included in the price of our treatments. Please feel free to leave your therapist a gratuity if you feel they have enhanced your spa experience. Gratuities may be left at the front desk or directly with your therapist.

**Please note that all services listed above do not include GST.
